We build MEAL systems around how your organisation actually works in conflict-affected Ukraine - shifting contexts, limited access and urgent delivery timelines included.

01

Guiding principles

  • Evidence-based

Every recommendation is grounded in data. We design tools to answer your real questions, not to fill templates.

  • Adaptive

Humanitarian contexts change fast. Our systems are built to flex - indicators can be revised, tools redeployed, and findings acted on without waiting for a formal review cycle.

  • Participatory

Beneficiaries and implementing staff are sources of insight, not just data points. Accountability to affected communities is built in from the start.

  • Practical

We optimise for use. A monitoring system no one follows is not a monitoring system.

How we work

  1. Understand your programme

We start by mapping your theory of change, donor requirements, and what decisions your MEAL system needs to support.

  2. Design fit-for-purpose tools

Surveys, trackers, databases and reporting templates built around your context - not lifted from another project.

  3. Build & hand over

We set up the full system - Kobo/ODK forms, databases, dashboards and SOPs - and train your team to run it. Where access is limited, we run monitoring surveys by phone with trained enumerators.

  4. Analyse and learn

We stand up the analysis and learning loop - clean data, clear findings, learning sessions - then leave you a system your team owns.
